EVO Summer Camp
July 6th - July 31st
Mon-Wed-Fri 5:30-7:30
Ages: High school age and up.
The EVO Summer Camp is for all sports and designed to teach running technique, increase endurance, speed and strength. The price for the month long camp is $450 and includes a months supply of Advocare supplements. Our first meeting will be at the track on the campus of California State University of Long Beach. Athletes should bring water, running shoes and workout attire. Spikes and cleats are not needed.
